- oversee 2 shops along with 5 assistants
- must be fluent in English and Vietnamese
- must possess excellent marketing skills
- must learn/research new trends and ideas to train the techs
- must have knowledge of integrating med spa into a nail salon
- other duties are assigned by the owner
2. ~The shop is looking for 2 main nail technicians who can do nails, lash, facial, body waxing, facial waxing, and eyebrow tinting. Guaranteed salary over $130K/year.

3. ~The shop is looking for 4 main nail technicians who know how to do acrylic, color powder, ombré, dip, solar, gel x, design, long nails, and wax. Guaranteed no less than $1500 per week excluding tips.

- The shop has 5 receptionists.
- The owner does not do nails. The owner invests in several stores and real estate.
- There is a Vietnamese restaurant & Boba tea next to the nail shop owned by the same owner.
- There are 2 private houses, spacious, beautiful, and clean right next to the lake for technicians from afar.
- The nail prices of the shop are the highest in the area.
- Among the shops with the highest shared wages and guaranteed wages in the United States.
- The owner & technicians enjoy W-2 for an easier future retirement, buying a house, buying a car, and buying a shop.
- The shop has Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Vacation for W-2 employees.
- The shop in Louisiana earns over $2M each year, so does not do 1099 & does not pay 100% cash salary. Only do 1099 if the technician meets the minimum standards of 1099 law. We ask for everyone's understanding.
