• Giao tiếp tốt, vui vẻ, lịch sự với khách.
• Biết sắp xếp công việc, có trách nhiệm, đúng giờ.
• Biết book lịch, trả lời điện thoại, xếp “turn” (có kinh nghiệm salon là lợi thế).
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản; biết tiếng Việt càng tốt.
• Siêng năng, chịu học hỏi, làm việc nhóm tốt.
📋 Nhiệm vụ chính
• Chào khách, hướng dẫn khách chọn dịch vụ.
• Nhận cuộc gọi, đặt lịch hẹn, quản lý lịch thợ.
• Hỗ trợ khách thanh toán, giải đáp thắc mắc.
• Giữ khu vực lễ tân gọn gàng, chuyên nghiệp.
• Hỗ trợ chủ tiệm khi cần.
💵 Mức lương
• $15 – $20/giờ, tùy kinh nghiệm và khả năng làm việc.
• Có thưởng thêm theo năng lực.
